Gavin, joined Richard & Christine in 1996. Gavin concentrates on sales, spending much of his time travelling worldwide visiting customers.
Caroline, joined Universal Envelope Machinery Limited in 1999, to help her father and Gavin, her husband develop and establish UEM as a leading supplier to the envelope industry.
